Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems provide email and in-app notifications to keep users informed about activities in their DAM admin and dealer portal. The DAM admin can configure notification preferences to receive alerts for different actions performed by users, and individual users can also manage their own notification preferences. This flexibility allows users to customize the notifications they receive and ensures they are up-to-date with the latest activities in the DAM system.
Configuring Notification Preferences as a DAM Admin:
- Navigate to the Org. Setting menu in your DAM section.
- Click on the Notification Settings tab.
- Choose the notification preferences that you want to trigger for your admins and dealers, such as new user added, new version uploaded, new asset uploaded, collection added, collection updated, etc.
Configuring Notification Preferences as an Individual:
- Click on your profile icon and choose User Profile.
- Click on the Notification Settings tab.
- Choose the notification preferences that you want to receive alerts for, such as new assets uploaded, new versions added to the asset, etc.
- By enabling or disabling the notification preferences, you can start/stop receiving those alerts.
