Adding Users to Your Collage Account

Adding users to your Collage account is incredibly simple and generally falls into the two following categories.

  1. I want to add a user who can upload, edit, move, and generally manage content in my Collage account.

  2. I want to add a user who can only browse, download, and share content that I’ve made available to them. 


In the first situation above, you’ll be adding a new admin to your account. To do this follow the following steps:

  1. Go to your Account Settings by clicking the “Profile / Settings” option in your left-hand navigation and clicking “Account Settings” in the options. 

  2. Once in Account Settings, locate and click “Account Admins” from the options on the left side of your window. 

  3. When on the Account Admins page, click the “+ Add New User” button in the top right corner of your window and follow the prompts accordingly. 




Once the new user is added, they will be sent an invite email to complete the process. As an admin you will also have the option to activate the account and set a temporary password for the new user. 


If you only want the new user to be able to browse, download, and share content that’s been made available to them, then you’ll want to leverage your brand portal for this purpose and you can learn about adding users to your brand portal here.
