Adding Content to Collages

Collages offer a flexible and creative way to organize content. Unlike folders, which enforce a rigid 1-to-1 relationship, collages let a single asset exist in multiple collections without duplication. This allows assets to support various initiatives simultaneously. With collages, you can curate the perfect group of content to explore ideas, drive campaigns, and power projects—whether they’re short-term tactical efforts or long-term needs like brand kits.

Content can be added to any collage through a few different workflows. For this initial example, we'll add some assets to a collage from their folder.

1. You can find your most recently updated folders from the "Recents" card on the Dashboard, or you can access your complete folder archive by using the navigation menu.

2. Once you've located the right content, use the boxes to select multiple assets.

3. Continue selecting.

4. Now that you've selected the desired content, you're presented with a variety of bulk action options. Select the collage icon directly to the right of the selection counter.

5. Once you click the icon a new window will appear displaying your various collages. From here you can also search and create new collages. Find the collage you'd like to add the content to and click "Add".

Pretty easy!

There are a few other ways you can add content to collages. Below we can see an asset detail page and we are about to click the collage icon in the right-hand menu.

By clicking this collage icon we can see what collages the asset is currently added to - in this case the asset doesn't belong to a collage yet. By clicking the "Add to a collage" button you will access the same collage dialogue we used in the previous flow.

Find the collage and click add!

Wait for the confirmation! Once confirmed you can close the overlay window.

Lastly, under the three dot icon associated with any asset you’ll find the option to add the asset to a collage. Clicking this option will send you to the same overlay window we’ve used in the previous to workflows. These icons are found on the asset detail page, like below, or anywhere an asset is listed, such as inside a folder or collage.
